Job summary

Vitana Pediatric & Orthodontic Partners is a rapidly growing dental support organization seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Manager to own day-to-day AP operations across multiple practices and entities. This role oversees invoice processing, coding, approvals, and timely payments, while managing the outsourced AP provider and SLAs.

The ideal candidate is organized, hands-on, and capable of improving processes in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years managing accounts payable operations.
• Experience with multi-entity environments.
• Experience overseeing outsourced AP providers.
• Familiarity with ACH, wires, multiple bank accounts.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage priorities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily AP operations across multiple entities and locations.
• Ensure invoices are properly coded, approved, and paid on time.
• Coordinate vendor payments via ACH, wires, and checks.
• Monitor AP aging, balances, and payment schedules.
• Manage outsourced AP provider and SLAs.
• Support month-end close and audit activities.
• Improve AP processes and system automation.
