ARCH Orthodontics is seeking an Accounts Payable Coordinator to own our vendor bills and payments from start to finish on a steady, part-time schedule. You’ll ensure timely payments, catch errors, and provide leadership with clear visibility into cash flow.

The role focuses on accurate coding, routine reconciliations, and safeguarding confidential financial information while supporting multiple office locations in the greater Boston area.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in accounts payable or bookkeeping
• Experience with QuickBooks Online or similar
• Strong Excel or Google Sheets skills
• Detail-oriented with ability to resolve discrepancies
• Professional discretion with confidential financial information

Responsibilities

• Review, code, and enter invoices, matching to orders
• Route invoices for approval and prepare weekly AP runs
• Reconcile vendor statements and company credit card activity
• Resolve billing questions and keep vendor records up to date
• Prepare AP aging and assist month-end close
• Verify vendor banking changes before processing
