• Investigate discrepancies with invoices and purchase orders and resolve issues by communicating with vendors and QLS locations.
• Respond to vendor inquiries.
• Process checks and ACH payments.
• Set up new vendors in our system.
• Request W-9s from vendors when required.
• Assist with phone coverage.
• Assist with other projects as needed.
