Job summary

RethinkFirst, a leader in behavioral and mental health technology, seeks an A/P Specialist to join the accounting and finance team. You will manage full-cycle AP using Sage Intacct, code GL entries, and support month-end close.

Responsibilities include processing invoices and employee expenses, maintaining procurement workflows, ensuring policy compliance, and supporting audits. A strong Excel skillset is required.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of full-cycle accounts payable experience; bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance preferred.
• Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP).

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle AP, enter invoices in Sage Intacct with accurate GL coding.
• Reconcile AP-related GL accounts and assist with month-end close.
• Process employee expense reports and corporate card transactions.
• Serve as the point of contact for procurement tool and approval workflow maintenance.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and internal controls.
• Assist with audit requests and provide AP documentation as needed.

We are currently seeking an A/P Specialist to join our accounting and finance team.

• Review and process employee expense reports and corporate credit card transactions.
• Serve as the point person for our procurement tool, including user support and approval workflow maintenance.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and internal controls.
• Assist with audit requests and provide AP documentation as needed.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of full-cycle Accounts Payable experience; bachelor's degree in accounting or finance preferred.
• Strong understanding of accounts payable principles and general accounting practices.
• Advanced Excel skills (ability to create pivot tables, VLOOKUP functions).
