The AP is responsible for assisting with the end-to-end accounts payable process, ensuring timely and accurate

processing of invoices, payments, and vendor management. This role involves, improving AP workflows, leveraging

system capabilities and enhancing processes in alignment with best practices, and maintaining compliance with

company policies and financial regulations.

Responsibilities

• Asist with the company credit card system and the tasks involved
• Lead month-end and year-end closing activities related to AP
• Ensure compliance with internal controls, audit requirements, and company policies
• Collaborate with other departments
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting
• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a lead or senior AP role
