• BA/BS in Business with accounting/finance emphasis required or preferred.
• Experience in Accounts Payable processing and vendor management preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage complex vendors, EDI and Xsuite to ensure timely, accurate payments.
• Reconcile vendor statements; use SAP/Excel to review invoices and credits.
• Resolve AP problems, identify root causes, and implement preventive measures.
• Train and back up offshore resources; share best practices and SOPs.
