SEARHC is seeking an Accounts Payable Analyst to research and enter invoices, ensure approvals, post to the payment cycle, and maintain vendor records in a collaborative, professional environment in Renton, WA. The role supports timely payments, compliance, and process improvements for the non-profit consortium.

Responsibilities include invoice evaluation, coding to GL accounts, document management, and assisting with audits.

Formación

• Two or more years of experience processing computerized accounts payable, accounting, or other financial systems – required.
• One or more years of data entry experience – preferred.
• Basic Knowledge of Accounts Payable processes – required.
• Basic knowledge of cloud-based technologies – preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Evaluates invoices for consent/authorizations and enters data timely.
• Works with Supply Chain to ensure PO items received and amounts sufficient for invoices.
• Ensures accurate/approved coding to general ledger accounts.
• Maintains paperless document management and matches invoices with proof of payment.
• Supervises vendor accounts to ensure payments are updated.
• Ensures vendor information is reconciled for year-end 1099 reporting.
• Maintains vendor W-9 files.
• Maintains and organizes all payment and vendor records electronically.
• Handles routine calls from vendors/managers on payment status.
• Processes incoming mail by scanning into the paperless system.
• Prepares miscellaneous reports as requested.
• Assists with year-end audit as requested.
• Other duties as assigned.
