Job summary

SouthEast Alaska Regional Health Consortium (SEARHC) is seeking an Accounts Payable Analyst to research and enter invoices, ensure proper approvals, and post payments in a timely manner. The role supports the AP Manager, handles vendor inquiries, and maintains electronic records with a focus on accuracy and compliance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Accounting or Finance preferred.
• Two or more years of experience processing computerized accounts payable.
• One or more years of data entry experience preferred.
• Basic knowledge of accounts payable processes.
• Basic knowledge of cloud-based technologies preferred.

Responsibilities

• Research and enter invoices accurately into the financial system.
• Document appropriate approvals and post invoices to the payment cycle.
• Ensure vendors are paid in a timely manner.
• Maintain and organize all payment and vendor records electronically.
• Will support year-end audits and respond to vendor inquiries.
