Job summary

SouthEast Alaska Regional Health Consortium (SEARHC) is seeking an Accounts Payable Analyst in Renton, WA to research and enter invoices into the financial system and ensure timely payments. You will verify approvals, code invoices to general ledger accounts, and maintain electronic vendor records while providing responsive vendor support and collaborating with Supply Chain staff.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma (ASSOC/Bachelor preferred) and 2+ years AP experience; cloud-based

Qualifications

• Two or more years of experience processing computerized accounts payable, accounting, or other financial systems.
• One or more years of data entry experience.
• Basic Knowledge of Accounts Payable processes.
• Basic knowledge of cloud-based technologies.

Responsibilities

• Research and enter invoices accurately into the financial system and obtain appropriate approvals.
• Post approved invoices to the payment cycle and ensure timely vendor payments.
• Maintain and organize electronic vendor records; reconcile vendor information.
• Code invoices to proper general ledger accounts and maintain paperless document systems.
• Assist with year-end audit and respond to vendor inquiries about payment status.
• Provide education, training, and support to employees, managers, and vendors.
