Qualifications

• Associate degree in accounting or related field.
• Experience in high-volume AP environment.
• Experience with three-way matching and invoice exception resolution.
• ERP experience (Oracle, SAP, Workday, or similar).
• Proficient with Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP).
• Strong attention to detail and communication skills.
• Oracle Cloud experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Process supplier invoices using an ERP system.
• Perform three-way matching between PO, receipts, and invoices.
• Research and resolve invoice discrepancies and AP holds.
• Review and code PO and non-PO invoices.
• Coordinate invoice approvals and supplier payments.
• Support vendor setup, Tax ID validation, and 1099 activities.
• Use Excel for reporting and reconciliation.
• Partner with suppliers and internal teams to resolve AP issues.
