Job summary

EBizCharge and Century Business Solutions in Irvine, CA is seeking an Accounts Payable Analyst to support full-cycle AP, credit card processing, and monthly close tasks. The role requires strong Excel skills and experience with Sage Intacct and Salesforce.

Qualifications

• Five or more years of general accounting experience.
• Two or more years of experience with Sage Intacct, Salesforce, and SQL report writing.
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel and advanced spreadsheet skills.
• Ability to work onsite in Irvine, CA.

Responsibilities

• Reconcile credit card statements to the general ledger and process monthly expenses.
• Obtain receipts from credit card users and code credit card expenses.
• Process monthly credit card uploads into Sage Intacct.
• Route invoices for approval and route approved invoices to the AP Clerk for processing.
• Maintain A/P aging and review weekly with Accounting Manager.
• Maintain vendor files in Sage Intacct, including W-9 records.
• Process residuals and related reports to Partners and Agents.
• Record bank transactions daily in Sage Intacct.
• Assist with all accounting operations including Billing, AR, AP, GL, and Revenue Recognition.
