NewGen Administrative Services seeks an Accounts Payable Analyst to process vendor invoices, maintain accurate records, and support audits with strong internal controls. The role partners with skilled nursing facilities and requires high accuracy in a fast-paced environment.

You will code invoices, reconcile ledgers, manage vendor data, and collaborate with teams to improve AP processes. Strong Excel, research, and communication skills are essential, with an Associate’s degree preferred.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of accounts payable experience.
• Advanced Excel skills.
• Strong research and analytical skills to resolve complex issues.
• High level of accuracy and a proactive approach to problem solving in a fast‑paced, high‑volume environment.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Receive, process, code, and verify vendor invoices and payments.
• Maintain accurate financial records, reconcile accounts payable ledgers, and clear outstanding items.
• Keep vendor information accurate and maintain strong vendor relationships.
• Ensure all company procedures, approval processes, and internal controls are followed.
• Prepare reports on payment activities, support data analysis for financial reporting, and assist with audit requests.
• Proactively identify, research, and resolve vendor and payment related issues.
• Support initiatives to review and improve accounting and accounts payable processes.
