Job summary

The Fountain Group is seeking an Accounts Payable Analyst for a Tampa, FL assignment. You will handle the full accounts payable cycle and act as a liaison between Signode departments and external vendors.

Ideal candidates have at least 1 year of AP experience, manufacturing background preferred, and familiarity with MS Office and ERP systems. This is a 3+ month assignment with potential extension. Standard 1st shift, Monday–Friday.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of Accounts Payable experience.
• Manufacturing industry experience preferred.
• Experience with MS Office Suite and ERP systems.

Responsibilities

• Handle the full accounts payable cycle.
• Perform three-way match for invoices and enter data.
• Maintain vendor records and respond to inquiries.

Job Details

• Pay: $24.00/hour
• 3+ month assignment – Potential extension based on business need and candidate fit
• Monday–Friday, (Standard 1st Shift Role)
• This role is responsible for the full accounts payable cycle. The individual will be involved in a three-way match for invoice entry, vendor maintenance, and AP Payments. They are a liaison between Signode departments and external vendors.
