Job summary

Ultimate Staffing is seeking an accounting professional for a 6-month contract in Texas. The role focuses on inputting accounts payable and coding invoices to the general ledger, with daily vendor communications and reconciliation tasks.

The candidate will prepare accounting reports and schedules, demonstrating strong attention to detail, accuracy, and analytical thinking. SAP S/4HANA, Ariba, or Concur experience is a significant plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of accounting/business experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field preferred.
• Equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered.

Job description

Salary: USD31.04 - USD31.04 per hour

Duration – 6 Months

Max Pay – $31.04/hour

Responsibilities

• - Responsible for accounts payable input and general ledger coding of PO and non-PO invoices. Monthly volumes vary between 7-1,000 invoices
• - Communicates with vendors on issues that require research and reconciliation.
• - Prepares reports and accounting schedules.
• - Ability to demonstrate attention to detail, accuracy, and analytical skills.
• - Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• - Experience with SAP S/4HANA (S/4), Ariba, Concur Expense, or Concur Invoice is a significant plus.
• - Payable and finance operations experience preferred.
• -Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or a related discipline preferred.
• -Equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered.
