We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Accounts Payable Accountant to manage employee expense reimbursements, corporate credit card transactions, and vendor invoice processing. This position will be responsible for ensuring accurate and timely processing of transactions, maintaining compliance with company policies, and supporting internal controls and month-end closing activities.

THE NON-ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS OF THE POSITION INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO THE FOLLOWING:

• Review and process employee expense reports in SAP Concur.
• Ensure compliance with company travel and expense policies.
• Identify duplicate expenses, discrepancies, and policy violations.
• Support Concur administration and employee inquiries.
• Manage and reconcile corporate credit card transactions.
• Monitor outstanding expenses and ensure proper documentation.
• Investigate discrepancies and resolve credit card issues.
• Support card issuance, cancellation, and account maintenance.
• Review and process vendor invoices in SAP.
• Verify invoice accuracy, GL coding, and required approvals.
• Perform PO and goods receipt matching, as applicable.
• Resolve invoice discrepancies and prevent duplicate payments.
• Perform AP-related account reconciliations and support month-end closing.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with internal controls.
• Prepare supporting documentation for internal and external audits.
