You will review invoices, verify coding, resolve discrepancies, reconcile reports, and respond to supplier inquiries while maintaining accuracy and timeliness. Strong communication and detail orientation are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent, college coursework preferred.
• Previous accounting or accounts payable experience required.
• Experience with AP systems preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
