Job summary

Qualifications

• Secondary Certificate/ Highschool Diploma or equivalent combination of relevant education and work experience.

Responsibilities

• Assists the customer service team by providing a variety of administrative tasks in support of customer accounts.
• Performs basic data entry and uses internal systems to organize customer information.
• Resolves complex customer issues and maintains knowledge of account information.
• Develops improvement plans in response to customer surveys and industry trends.
• Supports the team's activities by resolving product issues and answering questions.
• Maintains effective communication with customers.
• Assists with generation of departmental reports and tracking against KPIs.
• Works to ensure the customers experience with Parker Meggitt products is exceptional.
• Other responsibilities as assigned.
