Job summary

CTDI is seeking an Accounting Clerk to manage oversight and control of Accounts Payable and receivable reporting for assigned verticals. This role involves key responsibilities such as AP payment oversight, account reconciliation, and resolving issues within Oracle.

Applicants should have strong analytical and organizational skills, with at least 2 years of relevant experience and proficiency in Microsoft applications and Oracle.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of Accounting experience
• Strong attention to detail required
• Experience with AP processes

Responsibilities

• Oversee AP review and payment oversight
• Reconcile AP balance sheet accounts
• Resolve Inventory PO matching holds
• Prepare monthly AP account reconciliations
• Research supplier payments and invoices

Skills

PC skills including database and spreadsheet proficiency

Excellent analytical skills

Excellent organizational and time management skills

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Ability to prioritize and work independently

Proficient in Microsoft applications and Oracle
