Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Review service provider invoices for documentation and approval.
• Enter invoices and check requests into financial systems.
• Monitor accounts and reconcile statements for timely payments.
• Identify and resolve invoice discrepancies.
• Provide ad-hoc data analysis and support management.
• Collaborate with vendors and internal teams to improve processes.
• Assist with branch administrative functions (visitor management, travel itineraries, events, sales operations, supplies).
