• Proficient with MS Office, especially Excel; knowledge of Hyperion is a plus.
• Excellent written and oral English communication.
• Experience with Word, Excel, OneNote, and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Review service provider invoices for documentation and approval prior to payment.
• Ensure proper entry of invoices, check requests, etc. into financial systems.
• Monitor accounts and reconcile statements to ensure timely payments.
• Identify payment issues and suggest process improvements.
• Maintain relationships with vendors and internal partners.
• Assist with cost accounting and billing support for Operations.
• Support branch admin tasks including travel itineraries, events, and office supplies.
