Responsibilities

• Establishes, maintains and processes third-party contracts and scholarships in student accounts receivable in Banner.
• Establishes, maintains and processes electronic billing and payments within third-party vendor systems.
• Receives, records and balances cash, checks, credit cards and wires for students and third parties in Banner.
• Reviews funds held for others and distributes funds weekly; balances cashier sessions at day end.
• Assists students with BankMobile access and Nelnet payment plans; supports year-end close in Banner.
