Carefully reviews and post customers payments by recording cash and check transactions. Promptly alerts appropriate managers of discrepancies.
Prepare bank deposits. Verifies validity of account discrepancies by obtaining and investigating information from banks, internal and external customers.
Carefully reviews files and statements for accuracy. Makes appropriate corrections and adjusting entries and notifies impacted parties in a timely manner.
Accurately records data/transactions in a timely manner and according to established procedures.
Reviews recorded data/transactions for accuracy of entry and initiates appropriate corrections.
Accurately records adjusting entries according to established procedures.
Completes reconciliations within appropriate timeframe.
Notifies appropriate authorities regarding balancing discrepancies, problems, and/or trends.
Maintains accounts receivable customer files and records.
Post revenues by verifying and entering transactions from local deposits.
Maintains complete, accurate, and readily accessible files that conform to applicable policies, procedures, guidelines and standards.
Ability to review data for accuracy.
Ability to determine reasons for discrepancies and correct identified discrepancies.
Ability to answer customers and employees questions or refer to appropriate personnel.
Ability to maintain records and files in accordance with established guidelines.
Ability to prioritize work and schedule
