Responsibilities

  • Support accounting and general ledger teams with admin and operational tasks
  • Retrieve, organize, and maintain financial records, statements, and supporting documentation
  • Perform data entry and maintain accurate accounting records and databases
  • Monitor and manage internal requests, tickets, and workflow queues
  • Assist with accounting-related reporting and documentation activities
  • Communicate with internal departments to ensure timely completion of assigned tasks
  • Maintain organized electronic files and records in accordance with company standards
  • Support month-end and recurring accounting processes as needed
  • Research and resolve data discrepancies and missing information
  • Assist with special projects and process improvement initiatives
  • Ensure data accuracy and compliance with company procedures

Kforce has a client that is seeking an Accounting Team Administrator in Miami, FL. Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented Accounting Team Administrator to support accounting operations, data management, and administrative functions within a fast‑paced finance environment. This role works closely with accounting teams to maintain accurate financial records, retrieve and organize documentation, support reporting activities, and help ensure the timely completion of accounting processes. The ideal candidate is highly organized, comfortable working with large volumes of data, and enjoys supporting accounting teams through strong attention to detail and operational excellence.

  • Support accounting and general ledger teams with administrative and operational tasks

Preferred Qualifications
  • Accounts Payable (AP) or Accounts Receivable (AR) experience

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
