You will prepare monthly statements, review performance with stakeholders, and collaborate with the CPA to handle tax compliance, budgeting, and ERP system administration in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance is required.
• Minimum five years of accounting experience, including at least one year in a managerial role.
• Proven ability to partner with departments and lead an accounting function.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, train, and lead the accounting team.
• Hands-on work while owning the department's output, deadlines, and improvements.
• Ensure confidentiality of sensitive information.
• Ensure accuracy of all accounting records.
• Prepare monthly financial statements and other reports.
• Review financial statements with key stakeholders.
• Analyze daily/weekly/monthly performance and trends.
• Coordinate with CPA firm on tax compliance and reporting.
• Oversee cash forecast and AR/AP processes.
• Manage vendor relationships and payments to ensure continuity of supply.
