The Dental CFO and CPA is a full-time, on-site role based in San Diego, CA, responsible for overseeing the financial strategy, accounting operations, and fiscal integrity of CORE MDSO and its supported practices. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing financial planning and analysis, budgeting, cash flow forecasting, and financial reporting for multiple dental offices. This role will supervise accounting functions such as general ledger maintenance, accounts payable and receivable, payroll, and tax compliance, ensuring adherence to GAAP and relevant regulatory standards. The Dental CFO and CPA will partner with clinical and operations leadership to evaluate practice performance, optimize profitability, and support growth initiatives, including new practice integrations and capital projects. The role also involves developing internal controls, mentoring finance team members, collaborating with external auditors and banking partners, and providing clear financial insights to executive leadership and practice owners.
