• 2+ years supervising accounting teams.
• Strong GAAP knowledge.
• ERP experience with Sage Intacct and Excel.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Hands-on leader with strong people skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee daily accounting operations and staff performance.
• Manage full-cycle accounting, month-, quarter-, and year-end closes.
• Prepare and review financial statements and reports for management.
• Ensure GAAP compliance and strong internal controls.
• Coordinate with external audits and budgeting/forecasting activities.
