Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 3+ years in MSO accounting environment with leadership exposure.
• 5+ years progressive accounting and financial close experience.
• 2+ years supervising accounting staff or teams.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and accounting principles.
• Proficiency with ERP systems, especially Sage Intacct, and Excel.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced setting.
• Hands-on leader with solid technical accounting and people management skills.
• Proven ability to lead diverse teams and communicate financial information clearly to management.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise accounting staff; foster professional growth.
• Oversee full-cycle accounting and month-/quarter-/year-end close processes.
• Maintain General Ledger, journal entries, reconciliations, accruals and prepaids, fixed assets.
• Review financial statements and schedules; analyze variances.
• Prepare and review financial reports for Director of Accounting; ensure GAAP compliance.
• Assist with audits, budgeting, forecasting, and internal controls improvements.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with departments to resolve accounting matters.
• Present financial information clearly to management and stakeholders.
