Job summary

Qualifications

• CPA strongly preferred.
• 4–6 years progressive accounting experience with at least 2 years in supervision.
• Big 4 or public accounting experience required.
• Solid knowledge of IFRS and/or US GAAP.
• Strong accounting processes, audit procedures, and internal controls.
• Proficiency in Oracle, SAP, QuickBooks, NetSuite, and Excel.
• Excellent organization, communication, and analytical skills.
• Strong leadership and team management capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and review junior accountants’ work.
• Oversee general ledger activities including month- and year-end closes.
• Prepare, review, and analyze financial statements per IFRS/US GAAP.
• Ensure timely reconciliations of bank, intercompany, and accrual accounts.
• Coordinate external audits with auditors and meet expectations.
• Apply audit methodologies to internal data and controls.
• Assist in budgets, forecasts, and variance analysis.
• Recommend process improvements and assist ERP implementations.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of tax regulations and accounting standards.
• Support special projects and due diligence activities.
