Universal Health Services is seeking an experienced Accountant with supervisory experience to oversee GL, AP, AR, and month-end close processes. The role includes guiding daily accounting activities, preparing financial statements, and supporting forecasting and budget efforts.

The ideal candidate demonstrates hands-on ERP proficiency, advanced spreadsheet skills, and meticulous attention to detail to ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance across the organization.

Qualifications

• Hands-on knowledge on ERP or Accounting Systems.
• Proficiency in spreadsheet applications (Excel or Google Sheets).
• Experience with balance sheet reconciliation and general ledger reconciliation.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting.

Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise the daily activities of the accounting department in relation to A/R & A/P functions.
• Prepare and review financial statements, analysis and adhoc reports.
• Assist the Finance Director in forecast & budget preparations.
• Prepare & oversee GL & account reconciliations.
• Assist with tax preparation and compliance.
• Assist Management on implementation of Accounting Policies and Procedures.
