The Keystone Distinction Group is seeking an experienced Accounting Supervisor in Atlanta, GA to oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes and provide internal financial reporting. You will supervise staff, analyze accounts, and support payroll and cash disbursement activities while collaborating with auditors and vendors.

Ideal candidates have 7+ years of accounting experience, strong GAAP and internal control knowledge, and proven leadership in high-volume environments.

Qualifikationen

• 7+ years of accounting experience, including supervisory experience in a high-volume environment.
• Strong knowledge and application of GAAP.
• Demonstrated knowledge of internal controls and SOX compliance.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to lead teams through change and manage multiple projects.
• High proficiency in Excel and working knowledge of Access.
• Ability to maintain strong financial controls and meet deadlines.

Aufgaben

• Supervise associates in accounting close processes and staff development.
• Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual close activities and financial reporting.
• Perform and review complex reconciliations and analyses.
• Direct GL, vendor billing, cash reconciliation, fixed assets, and capex accounting.
• Provide strategic recommendations for process improvements and resource use.
• Lead team through change and ensure internal control integrity.
• Prepare schedules for internal/external audits and ad hoc analyses.
