Qualifikationen

• Pursuing an Associate's or Bachelor's degree in accounting, engineering, construction management, or a related discipline preferred.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication, plus organizational and interpersonal skills.
• Basic skills with Microsoft Office Suite and knowledge of accounting software are assets.
• Authorized to work in the US; 18+ with a valid driver's license.
• Available to work full-time in Orlando, FL from May to August.

Aufgaben

• Supports the accounting team by reconciling and processing vendor payments timely.
• Complies with labor provider agreements, legislation, and PCL policies.
• Prepares bank deposits and cash receipt entries as needed.
• Maintains communication with internal and external stakeholders.
• Builds strong relationships with stakeholders and promotes profitability culture.
• Other duties as required.
