Qualifications

• Basic skills with Microsoft Office Suite and knowledge of accounting software are assets.
• Authorized to work in the US; 18+ with a valid driver's license.
• Available to work full-time in Orlando, FL from May to August.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities

• Supports the accounting team by collecting, reconciling, seeking approval, and processing general vendor payments through PCL business systems as requested, in a timely and accurate manner to meet payment terms and conditions.
• Understands and complies with all labor provider agreements, governmentlegislation, PCL policies, procedures, and guidelines.
• Prepares bank deposits and subsequent cash receipt entries where required.
• Effectively communicates with internal and external stakeholders, as required.
• Develops and maintains strong customer-focused relationships with all stakeholders.
• Values and models the solution provider and profitability culture.
• Other duties as required.

Qualifications

• Pursuing an Associate's or Bachelor's degree in accounting, engineering, construction management, or a related discipline preferred.
• The successful candidate will have exceptional written and verbal communication skills, as well as organizational and interpersonal skills.
• Basic skills using Microsoft Office Suite and knowledge and/or experience withaccounting software an asset.
• Basic understanding of accounting principles.
• Must be authorized to work in the US.
• 18 years of age or older and possess a valid Driver's License.
• Available to work in Orlando, FL, full-time from May to August.
• Employment with PCL is contingent upon passing a substance abuse test conducted by a third party.
