Job summary

North Haven Government Services Solutions seeks an Accounting Specialist to join our finance team in Oregon. You will manage AR/AP, assist with month-end close, and help maintain accurate financial records in a fast-paced environment.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, ensure timely invoicing, and support internal controls. The ideal candidate has 3+ years hands-on accounting experience, strong Excel skills, and GAAP knowledge.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in AR/AP or general accounting.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial processes.
• Proficiency in Excel; NetSuite experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Generate and distribute customer invoices accurately and on time.
• Process vendor invoices and manage AP.
• Assist with month-end and year-end closings.
• Support audits with required documentation.
• Identify opportunities to improve accounting processes and internal controls.
