Job summary

TitleOne in Idaho is seeking an Accounting Specialist to provide intermediate-level accounting support across AP, AR, reconciliations, and reporting. You will contribute to month-end close and audits while ensuring compliance with company policies.

You’ll collaborate with internal teams to maintain accurate records and support efficient financial operations, with professional communication across all levels.

Qualifications

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred.
• 3–5 years of accounting and accounts payable experience.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Proficiency with Excel and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Process and maintain financial transactions including invoices, payments, deposits, and journal entries.
• Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.
• Reconcile bank accounts, general ledger accounts, and balance sheet accounts.
• Prepare and post journal entries to ensure accurate financial reporting.
• Support month-end and year-end close processes.
• Maintain accurate and organized financial records and supporting documentation.
• Research discrepancies in financial transactions and account balances.
• Respond to internal and external inquiries related to accounting transactions and processes.
• Support audits by preparing schedules, reports, and documentation.
