Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent and knowledge of bookkeeping practices.
• National Bookkeeper and Payroll certifications or ability to obtain them.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and Open Office.
• Ability to multi-task in multiple window applications and adapt to new tools.

Responsibilities

• Document transactions, prepare reports, and assist in regulatory compliance.
• Provide bookkeeping and payroll services for Block Advisors clients.
• Enter financial information, perform bank reconciliations, and generate financial statements.
• Support Tax Advisors and drive two-way referrals to grow the business services client base.
• Communicate with clients and management to ensure accurate service delivery.
