Qualifications

• 4-6 years of experience in finance, customer service, or general office support.
• Associate degree or equivalent combination of education and experience, including 2 years of direct, relevant work experience in finance, accounting, or administrative office support.
• Experience using CRM software.

Responsibilities

• Handle Accounts Receivable and AR invoicing, including contacting customers for payments.
• Manage Accounts Payable system, including vendors, POs, receiving accounts, and checks.
• Process cash receipts and resolve discrepancies.
• Prepare shipping paperwork and track shipments.
