Job summary

Floowi is seeking an Accounting Specialist (AP/AR) to support both AR and AP operations, blending invoice processing, payment tracking, reconciliations, collections support, and recurring reporting. This role analyzes campaign data to verify client amounts and revenue alignment with payments, working with international clients and vendors. Advanced English is required, and a remote LATAM setup is offered.

The position is full-time, EST-aligned, ASAP; remote-first with PTO and U.S. holidays.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of accounting experience in AR/AP, billing, or related finance roles.
• Experience handling international clients or vendors is a plus.
• Strong spreadsheet skills for tracking and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Retrieve and analyze campaign performance, revenue, and payment data to support AR calculations.
• Compare expected revenue with actual deposits; investigate discrepancies and record balances.
• Monitor invoices and overdue payments; support collections and timely payments.
• Process vendor invoices and payments with proper documentation to ensure accuracy.
• Reconcile vendor statements and maintain AP records for domestic and international transactions.
• Prepare weekly/monthly financial reports using campaign data; organize in Excel/Sheets for reconciliations.
• Learn marketing tracking platforms (Voluum, Everflow, CAKE) to support financial reporting.

Our client is a performance-based marketing company that helps businesses generate recurring revenue from existing customer databases through consent-based SMS, email, and paid media campaigns. It manages campaign execution, optimizes performance, and provides partners with transparent reporting and monthly revenue payouts.

Short Description:

We are looking for an Accounting Specialist (AP/AR) to support both Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable operations, with responsibilities split approximately evenly between the two functions. This role combines invoice processing, payment tracking, reconciliations, collections support, and recurring financial reporting. A key focus is analyzing campaign performance data to verify amounts owed by clients and ensuring that reported revenue aligns with actual payments received. The ideal candidate brings experience handling financial transactions with international clients or vendors, strong spreadsheet skills, and the ability to investigate discrepancies accurately.

• Compare expected client revenue and payments against actual deposits, investigate discrepancies, and maintain accurate records of outstanding balances.


• Track invoices and overdue payments, follow up on outstanding balances, and support timely collections.


• Review and process vendor invoices and payment requests, verifying amounts and supporting documentation to ensure accurate, timely payments.


• Reconcile vendor statements and payment records, monitor payment schedules, and maintain organized Accounts Payable records for domestic and international transactions.


• Prepare weekly and monthly financial reports using campaign performance and transaction data, leveraging Excel or Google Sheets to organize information and support reconciliations.


• Learn and navigate marketing tracking platforms such as Voluum, Everflow, and CAKE to support financial tracking and reporting.

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience in accounting, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, billing, or a related finance role.


• Experience handling both Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable, including invoice processing, payment tracking, and reconciliations.


• Experience managing financial transactions involving international clients and/or vendors.


• Working knowledge of Excel or Google Sheets for financial tracking, reporting, and data organization.


• Ability to compare expected and actual payment amounts, identify discrepancies, and support their resolution.


• Experience with Voluum, Everflow, CAKE, or similar marketing tracking platforms is a plus.
