Qualifications

• Strong proficiency in reconciliations to support accurate reporting and decision-making.
• Experience with Accounting Software and performing Journal Entries for daily bookkeeping and records.
• Demonstrated Analytical skills for reviewing financial data, variances, and improvements.
• Knowledge of GAAP; healthcare or medical practice experience is a plus.
• Attention to detail, organization, and multi-priority management in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and standard office software.
• Degree in Accounting/Finance or equivalent experience.

Day-to-day tasks include reconciling accounts, managing accounts payable and receivable, and ensuring proper use of accounting software to support the practice's financial operations. The role also involves supporting finance-related reporting and collaborating with administrative staff to ensure timely, compliant financial processes.

• Experience with Accounting Software and performing Journal Entries (Accounting) for daily bookkeeping and record maintenance.
• Demonstrated Analytical Skills for reviewing financial data, identifying variances, and recommending improvements.
• Knowledge of general accounting principles, including GAAP, and prior experience in healthcare or medical practice settings is beneficial.
• Attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other standard office software.
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
