Staffmark in Redlands, CA seeks an Accounting Representative to manage payments, log transactions, and keep the accounting team on track with deadlines.

You will support either Accounts Payable or Property Accounting, handling data entry, ERP workflows, and routine office tasks while delivering accurate records and timely responses to internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of accounting support experience (Accounts payable experience with high volume transactions).
• Strong data entry skills with high accuracy, attention to detail, and confidentiality.
• Effective organizational and time management skills, with the ability to meet deadlines.
• Strong communication skills with internal and external customers across phone, email, and Microsoft Teams, with the ability to prioritize and multitask effectively.
• Proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite; ability to use a variety of online systems.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Schedule: Monday-Friday | 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM

What’s Required to Get Started

1+ years of experience in accounting support (Accounts payable experience working with a high volume of transactions)
