Job summary

Responsibilities

Responsibilities

1. Manage end-to-end accounts payable activities, ensuring all invoices are processed in a timely and accurate manner.
2. Perform 3-way match of invoices, purchase orders, and receiving reports to ensure accuracy and completeness of information.
3. Apply accounts payable GL Coding to all transactions, ensuring proper classification of expenses.
4. Maintain vendor data entry in our database, ensuring all vendor information is up-to-date and accurate.
5. Utilize SAP software to manage accounts payable processes, including invoice processing, payment processing, and vendor management.
6. Resolve any discrepancies or issues related to accounts payable, liaising with internal and external stakeholders as necessary.
7. Prepare and present regular reports on accounts payable activities, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
8. Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and company policies related to accounts payable.
9. Participate in financial audits, providing all necessary information and support to auditors.

Qualifications

1. A bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field.
2. A minimum of 3 years of experience in accounts payable, with a strong focus on 3-way match, accounts payable GL Coding, and vendor data entry.
3. Proficiency in using SAP software for managing accounts payable processes.
4. Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
5. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve issues efficiently.
6. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex financial information to non-financial stakeholders.
7. Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines.
8. A proactive approach, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
9. Knowledge of financial regulations and standards related to accounts payable.
