Qualifications

• Requires basic accounting knowledge and ability to handle AP/payroll data accurately.
• Proficiency with ERP and payroll systems, including Paycor and Costpoint.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are essential.

Responsibilities

• Manage accounts payable input, vendor statements, and payments.
• Process bi-weekly payroll into ERP and Paycor; maintain payroll records.
• Handle employee expense reimbursements and credit card expenses.
• Track and manage bank and credit card accounts; reconcile statements.
• Maintain inventory and asset entries; support financial reporting.
• Assist with general ledger reconciliation and ad hoc analyses.
