Qualifications

• Must have a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• CPA credential or progress toward certification is preferred.
• Experience supporting ERP implementations or accounting process automation is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily accounting operations including AP/AR, cash management, and GL activities.
• Lead month end close processes with journal entries, reconciliations, and financial reporting schedules.
• Supervise and mentor accounting staff, providing training and performance oversight.
• Partner with operational departments to resolve billing issues and improve financial processes.
• Assist with audits, financial reporting, system implementations, and process improvements to enhance efficiency.
