Century Group in Los Angeles County, CA is seeking an Accounting Manager to lead month-end close, financial reporting, and general ledger activities. You will supervise accounting staff and drive training, mentorship, and performance feedback while ensuring accuracy and timeliness of reports.

Responsibilities include cost and inventory accounting, variance analysis, cross-functional collaboration, and implementing process improvements to scale operations and strengthen internal controls.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree is required.
• 5+ years of progressive accounting experience with supervision.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting.
• Experience with ERP systems in manufacturing or production environments.
