Job summary

Heidelberg USA is seeking an Accounting Operations Manager to lead the Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable functions, including offshore staff. The role focuses on timely payments, collections, and strong internal controls within a high-volume environment over $400MM+ revenue.

You will manage policies, vendor/customer data in the ERP, and support audits while driving process improvements and cross-functional collaboration with operational units.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or related field.
• 7–10 years of experience leading AP/AR teams in high-volume environments.
• Strong Excel skills including VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables and SUMIFs; SAP/ERP experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead AR and AP teams to ensure timely, accurate payments and collections.
• Maintain KPIs for payments, collections and accuracy; report to department heads.
• Identify process improvements and drive cross-functional initiatives with Product, Sales and Service.
• Oversee data integrity in the ERP and ensure controls and audit readiness.
