Heidelberg USA is seeking an Accounting Operations Manager to lead AR and AP teams, drive KPI performance, and optimize cash collection and vendor payments in a high-volume environment. The role requires a Bachelor’s in Finance/Accounting, 7–10 years of leadership, and strong SAP/ERP skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
• 7-10 years of experience leading AP/AR teams and processes.
• Experience in a high-volume environment with revenues of $400MM+.
• Prior experience in a sales/service unit within logistics/distribution/manufacturing preferred.
• Strong Excel skills; SAP/ERP experience required.
• Ability to partner with operational and commercial units.

Responsibilities

• Manage AR and AP teams, including offshore staff, and guide daily tasks.
• Maintain KPIs for timely payments, collections, and bad debt reserves.
• Oversee customer terms, credit risk, and order releases based on credit.
• Provide reports to department heads to aid collections and payments.
• Coordinate with third-party providers to ensure workflow.
