Job summary

Herr Foods Inc. seeks an Accounting Operations Manager to lead the AP, AR, and Master Data teams at the Nottingham, PA, on-site facility. You will drive daily execution, data integrity, and strong internal controls supporting working capital and vendor management.

The role requires hands-on leadership, process discipline, ERP systems experience (Microsoft Dynamics preferred), and a continuous‑improvement mindset to scale operations as the business grows.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field is required.
• 7+ years in accounting operations, shared services, or transactional finance.
• Experience leading AP, AR, and master data functions; CPA is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead AP, AR, and Master Data teams delivering accurate processing and controls.
• Oversee end-to-end AP: invoice processing, payments, vendor maintenance, compliance.
• Manage AR operations: cash application, collections, deductions, customer accounts.
• Ensure data governance across customers, vendors, and items.
• Partner with leadership to strengthen internal controls and standardize processes.
• Develop KPIs and drive continuous improvement for efficiency and scalability.
• Collaborate with procurement, sales, and IT to improve handoffs and systems.
