You will lead a team, ensure SOX controls, and partner with auditors and banks to deliver accurate financials. Qualifications

• 7+ years of accounting experience including supervisory roles.
• Solid knowledge of GAAP and internal controls (SOX).
• Ability to lead teams in high-volume transaction environments.

Responsibilities

• Supervise associates, including staffing, training, coaching, performance management, and problem resolution.
• Supervise and participate in monthly, quarterly, and annual accounting close for the company.
• Perform and/or review complex accounting reconciliation and analysis.
• Direct activities of teams responsible for general ledger accounting, vendor billing, cash reconciliation, fixed assets, and related capital expenditure accounting.
• Provide strategic recommendations for process improvements and efficient use of resources.
