Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of the GL and close processes to ensure timely, GAAP-compliant reporting.
• Document and implement accounting policies and procedures for complex matters.
• Design, implement, and monitor SOX controls and end-to-end process documentation.
• Mentor and develop accounting staff to achieve excellence.
• Collaborate with Finance, Engineering, Legal, IT and external auditors to drive results.
• Lead continuous improvements to support scalability in a high-growth tech company.
