• Analyze monthly variances across properties
• Support annual budgeting for assigned properties
• Review lease agreements to ensure accurate setup and tracking in accounting systems
• Oversee joint venture reporting and tenant recovery analysis
• Maintain compliance with SOX controls and internal documentation
• Partner with Property Managers to support audits and documentation requests
• Contribute to ad-hoc projects and support Asset Management as needed
