We are seeking an experienced Accounting Manager to oversee accounting operations across multiple entities and ensure the accuracy, integrity, and timeliness of financial reporting. This role will have significant responsibility for multi-entity accounting, financial consolidations, cash management, month‑end close, and general ledger activities. The ideal candidate is a hands‑on accounting professional who can manage competing priorities, identify process improvements, and partner effectively with leadership and cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day accounting activities for multiple legal entities, ensuring accurate and timely recording of financial transactions.
• Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes, including preparation and review of journal entries, account reconciliations, accruals, and financial statements.
• Lead the consolidation of multiple entities, including intercompany transactions, eliminations, and consolidated financial reporting.
• Manage and monitor cash flow, banking activity, and cash balances across multiple entities.
• Oversee accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and other core accounting functions.
• Prepare and review balance sheet reconciliations and investigate and resolve discrepancies.
• Ensure accurate accounting for intercompany transactions, allocations, transfers, and other multi-entity activity.
• Assist with cash forecasting, liquidity management, and short‑term cash planning.
• Develop and maintain accounting policies, procedures, and internal controls.
• Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements and management reporting.
• Partner with operational and executive leadership to provide financial insight and support business decisions.
• Coordinate with external auditors, tax advisors, banking partners, and other third‑party providers as needed.
• Support annual budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.
• Identify opportunities to improve accounting processes, systems, reporting, and controls.
• Ensure compliance with GAAP and applicable accounting policies and regulations.
• Lead, mentor, and develop accounting staff as appropriate.
• Support special projects and other financial analysis as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 5+ years of progressive accounting experience, including experience in a management or senior‑level accounting role.
• Strong experience with multi-entity accounting and financial consolidations.
• Experience managing or overseeing cash management, banking relationships, and cash flow activities.
• Strong understanding of the general ledger and month‑end close process.
• Solid knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting.
• Experience with intercompany accounting and eliminations.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with ERP/accounting systems and strong Excel skills.
